FAQ
No. Aave Wallet is a desktop, self-custody wallet concept for interacting with the Aave Protocol. It is not the official Aave App and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Aave Labs.
You control your private keys and recovery phrase — not a company. No one can move your assets on your behalf, and no one can restore access for you if you lose your recovery, so keep it safe.
Aave is a decentralized, non-custodial liquidity protocol. Suppliers provide liquidity to earn variable interest; borrowers access liquidity by posting overcollateralized collateral. The wallet lets you review markets and prepare supply, borrow, withdraw, repay, and swap actions.
Health factor is a number that represents how safe a borrowing position is relative to its collateral. A higher number is safer; if it falls to 1.0, the position may be liquidated. The wallet shows it as prices move so you can act early.
No. Rates on Aave are variable and change with supply and demand. Any figures shown on this page are illustrative placeholders for layout, not live or guaranteed rates.
Aave Wallet is planned for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Verified builds are not available yet. Download buttons will be enabled only after signed installers and checksums are published. Until then, use the official Aave interface at app.aave.com.
